you have not already voted, John Tuteur, Assessor & Elections Official,
is advising that you send in your ballot no later than Wednesday, October 29
(tomorrow!) since it may take that long in the mail. Otherwise, you may
drop off your ballots at the following locations: If you reside in a VOTE BY MAIL precinct. You may
return your voted ballot in the SIGNED AND SEALED Vote By Mail return
envelope to any polling place or Voter Assistance Center in Napa County by
8PM on Election Day.The list below provides all locations and hours for
signed and sealed return ballot envelope drop-off. The following
locations are open Saturday, Nov. 1st & Sunday, Nov. 2nd from 8:30AM-4:30PM,
Monday, Nov. 3rd from 8AM-5PM and Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4th from
7AM-8PM: The following locations are open from 7AM - 8PM on
Election Day only: Saint Helena: NVC Upper Valley Campus -
Library Room 5, 1088 College Avenue The following locations will be open for drive-through
voting Monday, Nov. 3rd from 8AM-5PM If you would prefer to mail your voted ballot instead,
please do so by Wednesday, October 29th to allow enough time for
delivery. All ballots must be at the Election Division by 8PM on
Election Day.
